The drama program at Safety Harbor Montessori Academy is offered to 1st through 8th graders. Students have the opportunity to participate in a play which will be presented the evening of the Fall Festival (November 10th, 2011). This year's play is "Rocking Tale of Snow White" which is a funny adaptation of the classic fairy tale which will guarantee lots of laughs. The practices have been held Wednesdays after school (3:30 - 5:00pm) and currently twice a week until the night of the presentation.

This year we have the privilege of working with a professional drama coach, Crystal Haralambou. Crystal is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts.

She was the past Program Manager for the Theater and the Patel Conservatory Youth Theater from 2007-2010 at the David A. Straz, Jr. Center for the Performing Arts located in Tampa, Fl. The drama assistants this year are Linda Wilkerson, Tara Rogachefsky, Kaylene Bellamy and Roxanne Connor.
