We welcome Erin Hardin to our SHMA staff. Her son Zeke has joined one of our lower elementary classes as well. Erin holds a BA in Psychology from Florida State University and an Early Childhood credential from the American Montessori Society. She has been working as a Montessori teacher for 25 years and since 2014 has developed a passion for the integration of evidence-based practices into EC Montessori environments. She has trained as an Orton-Gillingham Therapist, has a Montessori Applied to Children At Risk credential, and a Certification of Mastery in LERTS (K-5). In addition to her work at SHMA, Erin is also an instructor for the AMS EC Reading Course and supports Montessori interns through work with CGMS. Erin is helping in classrooms and elsewhere in the school as needed. Erin and her family, husband John and their son Zeke, have recently moved back to Florida from Denver, CO and are thrilled to join the community here at SHMA
