Ice Cream Party Every Wednesday! Pizza Lunch Every Friday!
Weeks 1 and 2: Oceans of Fun (May 24th-May 28th and June 1st-June 4th)
Grab your imaginary snorkel and "dive" into the water exploring all types of sea life. The campers will be learning about the sea creatures that swim, slither, sway, and crawl. "Swimming" through the sea, we will learn about life cycles, plant life, and even dig for seashells. We will discover the amazing life under and around the sea through stories and crafts.
Weeks 3 and 4: Look at It Go! (June 7th-11th and June 14th-18th)
Through the air, over the water, and on the land. Trains, planes, and automobiles…we’ll learn all about "things that go.” We will also make rockets and end this session with a bang.
Weeks 5 and 6: All Creatures, Great and Small (June 21st-25th and June 28th-July 2nd)
Children are fascinated by animals, both domestic and wild. We will learn about animals in our neighborhood and around the world. We will learn about their habitats, what they eat, and how they move. We will count them, compare their sizes, and review the sounds used to spell their names. We will also read stories about them and express ourselves through animal art. The learning possibilities are endless, so come join us for a roaring time.
Fourth of July Week Off (July 5th-9th)
Weeks 7 and 8: Storybook Adventures (July 12th-16th and July 19th-23rd)
Come celebrate a new book each day. We’ll play with Brown Bear, find out what the Very Hungry Caterpillar eats, and find out what happens to the Grouchy Ladybug. Can you find out why the Quiet Cricket can’t chirp and why the Mixed-Up Chameleon is so sad? Jump into the fascinating world of books with us and become an author and illustrator of your own book.
